Payment Terms

  • Quotation validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm and secure your order. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

  • Balance: The remaining balance (50%) is due on completion and prior to shipping or collection.

  • Payment methods: I accept bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Card payments may incur a processing fee.

  • Custom orders and design proofs:

  • Order amendments and cancellations:

  • Amendments requested after production has begun will incur additional fees. Cancellations after production start forfeit the deposit and may incur further costs to cover materials and labour.

  • Delivery and shipping: Shipping costs are invoiced separately unless included in your quote. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Until payment is received. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries, withhold goods, or cancel future orders for clients with overdue accounts.

  • Ownership and risk: Ownership of goods remains with Bcreativeandcrafty until full payment has been received. Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch.
